BROW DESIGNING

HOW TO SHAPE YOUR EYEBROWS
Eyebrows really define and accent the face even without makeup. So the right shape eyebrow is essential. Perfectly groomed brows are an absolute must.

1,Find a shape that suits your face; don't try to keep up with fashions that won't suit you. For the best results it is good to tidy brows in good light and to look into a magnifying mirror.

2,Determine where exactly should your brow begin. Brows may be jointed or separate. If you have a natural jointed brow then you have the option to go for a jointed fashion or you can opt for a separate style. For that, the inside edge of your eyebrow should align with the inner corner of your eye. Holding a ruler straight up and down against one nostril can make the alignment. Where the ruler lands by your brow is where it should begin. The brow should end a little past your eye. The easiest way to find how long your eyebrow should be is to imagine the under-eye line continued to where it would meet with the eyebrow.

3,If you have a natural arch, work with it. If you need to create one, the arch of your eyebrow should follow the curve of your upper eye line. Define your eyebrows using either an eyebrow pencil or eyebrow powder. Fill in the brow area that you want to preserve so you can pluck outside the edges. Use sharp, good quality tweezers; otherwise the hairs will break off instead of being plucked.

4,Always pluck out eyebrows in the direction the hairs grow. Do it after a bath or shower it will hurt less. A bit of an ice cube on the brows can help numb the pain.

5,Start plucking from underneath the eyebrow, working from the inside, by the nose, to the outside. . Do a single hair at a time. Grip the hair firmly and pull it in the direction in which it grows.

6,You have the options of other methods of hair removal applicable to eyebrows also. For details check the page of hair removal.

MALE BROW
For males, a strong brow makes a strong look. The hair should appear full, thick and massive. Coating brow hair makes it look up to 1 1/2 times thicker. Unlike female brows, male brows are not that thin and highly arched, rather thick tooth paste like brow is preferred. Also it ends blunt.

QUIT SMOKING

Why Quitting Difficult ? Mark Twain said, "Quitting smoking is easy. I've done it a thousand times." Maybe you've tried to quit too. Why is quitting and staying quit hard for so many people? The answer is nicotine. Nicotine is a highly addictive drug found naturally in tobacco. When you smoke, nicotine is carried deep into the lungs, where it is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream and carried throughout the body.
