LOSING WEIGHT IS VERY SIMPLE
We have great ideas on diets that will let you eat just about all you want for one day of the week but the rest of the days you can only eat 3 times a day (with moderation). Losing weight is very simple if you stick to your decision and don't get hysterical. You will always stay thin and healthy if you only eat 3 times a day and when get hungry between meals you only snack on little fruits and veggies. Simply walk a lot and I don't eat when you get nervous.

If you want to lose weight, stay thin and reduce obesity you have to end the obese life style. That means you can't make silly excuses or delay when picking what you eat! Just because something is "Low fat or Fat-free" it doesn't mean you can eat 20 pounds of the stuff and expect to get thin. Eat in moderation and only 3 regular meals a day and snack on fruits or vegetables. Take your time while you're eating. Remember to east slowly because if you very fast you won't give your body enough time to digest the food.

A HEALTHY DIET TO LOSE WEIGHT
1, Instead of buying all that meat, ice cream, candies, chocolates, yogurts and sodas when you go to the market you will have to change that evil diet and stop being lazy no matter how tempting it is.

2, Giving up on your diet is Okay (Seriously). Don't obsess on staying on a diet. If you give up just give up for a day or 2 but then go back on your diet. It's to mentally stressful to force yourself all the time. Slowly improve on your diet until you feel it's okay to push yourself into a healthy new life style. You should eventually commit to a diet if you are serious to keeping weight off.

3, You can eat 3 times a day but you must eat simple food like different kinds of rice, beans, fruits, vegetables and Juices (make sure that there is at least %5 percent real juice on their labels) Do NOT drink sodas Nor diet sodas (they're crap too).

4, Try to eat all natural or organic juices whenever you can (even though they're a little more expensive). You can eat a little meat - maybe a total of 3 chicken pieces in 6 days No more! Maybe a few bite of beef but only twice a week. This will allow you to loose at least 5 pounds a week.

5, If you want to snack ... please snack on 1 or 2 fruits or vegetables! Not nutrition bars, not diet chocolates and do not eat tons of anything. Those bars and sweet snacks should only be eaten once or twice a week because they are very fattening since they have bread and other fats. You can also snack on 1 single slice of wheat bread 2 or 3 times a week but don't put any tons sugary stuff on it unless it's your 1-day or eating the snacks you want.

6, One day a week you can eat anything! This means you can go out to a restaurant and eat 1 big meal that includes burger, regular fries and drink juice not soda. Please don't go over board and gain more then 3 pounds on that day. Just stick to a few candies and a nice meal. But keep the food intake to a small amount and only eat 3 times a day. Little snacks are very important.

Fitness and healthy but simple exercise
1, Before you exercise remember to stretch all your muscles. Including your arms, legs, back and all other body parts. Stretching is important if you don't want to get hurt.

2, Walking a few minutes a day or jogging for a minute or 2 also stretches your muscles a little but we recommend that you buy a book with the right stretching techniques.

3, All you need to do is walk or run a few days a week to stay thin. If you're so lazy that you're not willing to do any running, park your car 10 blocks away from where ever you're going so you have to walk a little every day.

More simple exercise
You can also do sit-ups every other day Not every day! That's important and easy it will only take 3-8 minutes. You only need to do sit-ups 2 or 4 days a week. But you can do them 1 to 3 times during the day to give yourself a little work out but remember that eating with moderation is the key.

Is that too much? NO! When doing sit ups you don't need to get all the way up or touch your knees. Just make sure you feel a little burn on your stomach. Do this in the mourning and at night every other day ... then you will start losing weigh and feeling better about yourself. Just keep eating healthy food with moderation and you'll be fine. We strongly recommend organic food and all natural food to everyone even though it's a bit more expensive then regular.

Some more encouragement
1. Stop being so lazy towards everyone who has to wait for you and pay for your high medical bills and problems (due to your decision to over eat and your lack of self control). Being over weight is bad for society too ... it's not just bad for you.

2. You should also learn to love and really care about yourself. But you will start "Liking" yourself when you see that you are doing good things with your life.

3. If you want good results, you have to commit to a good & healthy diet (don't do anything extreme).
